On the menu, calf's liver only on Tuesdays, calf's head on Fridays, sole meunière or grilled, Charolais ribeye steak, veal kidneys with Lillet sauce (Bordeaux aperitif), Norwegian omelet, profiteroles and other seasonal suggestions.
